Our Story
Pathways to Success was founded with a vision to help people cultivate healthy relationships with God, Self, and Community. We believe that transformation is possible for every person, and that meaningful change grows in the context of relationship, community, and faith.
PTS Mission
Our MISSION is to help people grow and thrive through healthy, purposeful relationships by connecting, empowering, and developing themselves to recognize their value, potential, and purpose, and the impact they can make on themselves and their communities.
PTS Vision
Our VISION is to see individuals, families and communities come together as one—creating a shared sense of belonging and purpose.
PTS Core Belief
Our CORE BELIEF is Christ-Centered. We believe that Jesus Christ is the foundation that helps us understand relationships, their purpose, and how we flourish as mankind.
God
Creator of all things (Gen 1:1) showed us the purpose and power of relationships in the beginning of His word through His relationship with Adam and the relationship between Adam and Eve.
Self
It is important to understand the person God created you to be, how you show up in relationships, and how those relationships are your "lens" not your "limitations." Self-awareness is key to healthy relationships. The following areas will be explored and developed: Identity, Strengths, Gifts, Talents, Values, Boundaries, Responsibilities, and areas for Growth.
Community
Understanding community is essential in helping an individual live, grow, contribute, and belong to their communities.
